About the President

Sarah WoodwardSarah Woodward has an impressive real estate finance background which spans over 25 years. Prior to forming WRC in 2007, Woodward was VP/Regional Manager of a national FDIC financial institution, responsible for identifying and structuring loans for unique value-added opportunities and ground-up construction. During her 12 years as a lender, Ms. Woodward and her team were responsible for closing over $4 billion in strategic and opportunistic loans throughout Southern California and Arizona. She is highly regarded in the marketplace for her reputation of high integrity and reliability.

Sarah was formerly a Senior Consulting Manager at Kenneth Leventhal & Company (Dallas and Chicago) and KPMG (Orange County), where her focus was on market feasibility, property valuation and nonjudicial corporate restructurings for some of the nation’s largest real estate enterprises. During her tenure at KPMG, she was also responsible for overseeing a team of over 40 staff in the sale of the RTC’s Southern California land portfolio.

Sarah is a graduate of the University of Michigan. She was a long-term Member of the Steering Committee for the Orange County Guild of the John Tracy Clinic for the annual Shawn Parr Golf Tournament, a member of the Executive Committee for Kidworks, and recently concluded a six-year term on the Board of Directors for the Discovery Science Center.
